Taylor was nominated by Mrs. Hanks for being brave on the news crew. Daniela was nominated by Mrs. Capell for always working hard and taking beautiful notes every day.

Cassidy was nominated by Mrs. Wright and Mrs. Capell for asking great questions and helping other students. Abraham was nominated by Mrs. Capell for doing his best and helping others understand the math.

Girls Basketball Open Gym will start Tuesday October 10 from 3-4pm. All grades are welcome and invited to join! Let's get ready for an amazing basketball season!

Juan was nominated by Mr. Caldwell for making great personal improvements and working.  Dakota was nominated by Mrs. Brown for being very responsible for her work getting done and done well.

David was nominated by Mrs. Stickney for being a strong leader and learning so much extra music. Maggie was also nominated by Mrs. Stickney for being the most improved sight reader from the summer.

Yesterday was LIA's first day of tutoring at Barnett Elementary. Every Tuesday - Friday our students will be helping teachers at Barnett shape those little minds:) This is how Mt. Nebo Jr. High Latinos in Action students make a difference in our community!

Joseph was nominated by Mr. Vincent for his artistic ability and his outside of the box thinking. Emily was nominated by Mr. Caldwell for her exceptional personal work and being kind to others.

Jaxon was nominated by Mrs. Hanks for being responsible and completing his assignments. Heidy was nominated by Mr. McFarland for always working hard and trying her best.

Mr. Josh Evans took some FFA teams to SUU last week and the results are in, the Salem Hills B horse team won 1st overall. The B team was all Mt. Nebo students. Please congratulate Jourdyn Cardon, Bailey Franson, Haley Lundell, and Aspyn Bagley on a job well done.
