Discovery Showcase TONIGHT = FREE Movie Ticket!

Tonight is the MNJHS Discovery Showcase from 3:30-7:30pm and you won't want to miss it.  All of our amazing teachers will be displaying Discovery class projects from our talented students.  We have classes on a wide variety of subjects, including Coding Mecanno Robots, Rube Goldeberg Machine Creations, Mosaic Tile Design, Panther Preschool more!  MNJHS Students who get 20 signatures tonight from visiting teacher tables will receive a free movie ticket!

FREE SUMMER MEALS!

Free summer meals are coming to Constitution Park in Payson again this summer.  Youth up to 18 years old can get a free healthy lunch while they play in the park.

WHO: Youth up to age 18

WHAT: Free healthy lunch

DATES: Mondays - Fridays June 5 - August 18

TIME: 1:00PM - 2:00PM

WHERE: Constitution Park 600 S. Main Street (Payson)

No registration required

Children must consume food on-site

For those of you interested in auditioning for Chamber Choir and/or Women's Choir, we will be having auditions for next year's advanced choir classes on Friday, May 12th. Last Orchestra Concert Of The Season, May 11th

The MNJHS orchestras are having their last concert of the year this Thursday at 7pm, right at the end of the Discovery Showcase! Come rock with the orchestras as they perform famous music from movies like Star Wars and the Hunger Games as well as hit songs like Sweet Child o' Mine, Royals, and Uptown Funk. There will even be soloists playing on an Electric Violin! Join the Mt. Nebo Orchestras Thursday at 7pm, it will be a blast!

Our fabulous MNJHS Drama I and II students will be performing a free Drama Showcase this Friday, May 12th at 7pm.  There will be Fairy Tale scripts, big group performances and other variety acts.  Did we mention it's FREE???  This is a great opportunity for you to check out all our talented students at MNJHS!  Tickets are limited.

Calling All Preschool Age Children - MNJHS Preschool Discovery Class Needs You!

One of our Discovery classes at MNJHS this term is called Panther Preschool.  In this course students are discovering what it takes to be a preschool teacher, and becoming experts in early childhood development.  At the end of our term our class would like to put our skills and projects to the ultimate test, by opening the Panther Preschool for two days.   Please complete the attached form (Click Here) if you would like to register your preschool aged child (3-5 years old) for a FREE preschool on May 10th and 12th from 2:00-2:45pm. You can also fill out a form at Mt. Nebo Jr. High in the front office.
