Nebo District Counseling is presenting a seminar this Wednesday, November 19th at 7:00 PM at the Nebo School District Boardroom. Shara Mitchell, CMHC with Daybreak Family Therapy will present on how depression and anxiety makes children think differently and how to assist children with depression or anxiety.
