Wishing all our students and their families a safe and happy holiday break!  There will be no school 12/22-1/1. School will let out early, at 11:15am, on December 21st.

School resumes January 2nd.

Keller was nominated by Mr. Robinson for being respectful, listening in class, and getting outstanding grades. Isabela was nominated by Ms. Mathews for helping friends.

Timothy was nominated by Mr. Robinson for being respectful, polite, and keeping his grades up. Olivia was nominated by Mr. Wilson for working well with others and asking to use class resources.

Matthew was nominated by Mr. Wilson for always being polite, respectful, and working hard in class. Brinley was nominated by Mrs. Wettstein for turning in money she found, working hard, and participating in class.

Our incredible Fine Arts Department put on a holiday assembly at MNJHS today, Dec. 21st.  We were dazzled with song, dance, and visual art displays.  We have so many talanted students here at Mt Nebo, plus some pretty amazing faculty to boot!  Happy Holidays Everyone!

$2,231 Raised For Make A Wish By MNJHS LIA

Our MNJHS LIA collected a total of 2,231 Santa letters from Barnett Elementary, Taylor Elementary, Wilson Elementary, and Mt Nebo Jr High to deliver to Macys!!! We surpassed our goal of 1500 letters.  Along with all the other LIA in our District a total of about 10,000 letters were submitted.

Macy’s Letters To Santa Campaign donates $1 per letter to Make A Wish Foundation, up to $1 million.  All money raised goes towards helping grant the wishes of children with critical illnesses.

Way to go, MNJHS LIA!

Colby was nominated by Mrs. Miller for participating in class discussions and activities in meaningful ways. KC was nominated by Mrs. Ewell for being honest and kind.  She has a great smile and is a hard worker.

Penny Wars Dance And Winners Announcement!

Congratulations to the 7th students at MNJHS for winning our school Penny Wars!  Money donated through this fundraiser goes directly towards helping students at our school. A big thank you to all those who participated and helped make our Penny Wars successful. As a reward, the winning 7th graders will be released 5 minutes early for lunch tomorrow. There will also be a Christmas Dance tomorrow, December 20th, from 3-5pm. The cost is $3. Students will be allowed to wear Santa hats to the dance.
