FAQ: How do I generate a pairing code for an observer as a student?

While some of us parents have the time (and energy) to sit next to our children as they complete all the necessary at-home learning, some of us do not and therefore may need another way of checking in our student's work. One way that you can help support your student at home as a parent is to become an "observer" in Canvas. This allows you as a parent to track assignments on Canvas. An "observer" sees assignments and student progress for a student that they are "paired" with. Students can generate a code while logged into Canvas under their user settings.
