Here's to our Climbers of the Week! Faculty and staff have been nominating students for this recognition. We will be featuring one student from each pod (both morning and afternoon). Check back often to see who has received this award!

Cheyanne is part of the morning Denali pod. She was nominated by Mrs. Muhlestein, "Cheyenne is always so polite and friendly in the hallways.  She also found money in the hallway and turned it in right away. Thanks for being such a positive influence in our school!."

Trevor is a member of the afternoon Denali pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Barker, "Trevor is a great example in class! He always works hard and stays super positive!"

Genevieve is representing the morning Everest pod. She was nominated by Mr. Evans, "Genevieve boosts the morale of our class! She is positive, helpful, and a really hard worker!”

Martin is from the afternoon Everest pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Fordiani, “Martin always has great contributions to class discussions. He knows so many science facts!”

Shane is part of the morning Vinson pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Marziale, “Shane volunteers to pick up trash during lunch which is such a huge help to the lunch ladies!”

Hostyn is a member of the afternoon Vinson pod. He was nominated by Ms. Allred, “Hostyn has a positive attitude, works hard in class, asks for help when needed and  keeps trying even as he is learning the English language.”

 

Sienna is representing the morning Aconcagua pod. She was nominated by Mrs. Miller, “Sienna genuinely wants to learn.  She's going to get the grade the knowledge that comes along with it.  She is open to helping others and contributes to class discussions in meaningful ways.  I admire her honesty and no fear in speaking truth.”

Heston is from the afternoon Denali pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Franco, “Heston is an outstanding citizen in my class. He reaches out to help and is so thoughtful in his communication with others. When someone got hurt in class, he helped that student get to the office for help.”

Dulce is a member of the morning Kilimanjaro pod. She was nominated by Mrs. Brown, “Dulce works hard every day and asks questions every time she needs to. She has great learning skills.”

Bridger is part of the afternoon Kilimanjaro pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Davis, “Bridger worked very hard this week and did all of his assignments. He works very well with the other students!”

Katheryn is from the morning Matterhorn pod. She was nominated by Mrs. Miller, “Katheryn is ALL IN.  She is eager to take new information to improve. Katheryn is accepting of correction and is willing to persevere, try again and improve her work.  She is willing to work with others and make the best of these circumstances.”

Maddie is representing the afternoon Matterhorn pod. She was nominated by Mr. McFarland, “Maddie volunteered to spend her personal time helping another student with their essay.”
