We want to congratulate our Climbers of the Week! We have such outstanding students and are excited to be able to recognize them!

 Izaic is part of the morning Denali pod. She was nominated by Mr. Ledesma, "He helped clean up a soda spill after school! He is a gentleman and a scholar!”

 Presley is a member of the afternoon Denali pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Alldredge, "Presley is hard working and always ready to help.  She took the time to stay after school to make up her work and asked some great questions.  She is polite, kind, and a joy to have in class.”

 Haley is representing the morning Everest pod. He was nominated by Ms. Hailstone, "She has been helping a student who is on crutches carry her instrument without being asked to do so. So kind and helpful!”

 Remington is from the afternoon Everest pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Stoneman, “Always hard working, does high quality work--his very best work. He is also kind and thoughtful.”

 Amelia is part of the morning Vinson pod. He was nominated by Ms. Allred, “Amelia is proactive in her learning.  If there is something that she needs help improving or understanding, she arranges a time to meet and go over the work.  She maintains a positive attitude and is a good example in class.”

 Lilian is a member of the afternoon Vinson pod. She was nominated by Ms. Allred, “Lillian works hard, helps those around her and has a positive attitude even when things are hard. She is always pushing herself to do the best she can and asks great questions that further her learning. Lilian is willing to go the extra mile and her dedication inspires those around her to do the same.”

 Addison is representing the morning Aconcagua pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Carter, “Addison helped another student out who had a cast on by taking notes for him. She is a great example to her peers!”

 Lisandro is from the afternoon Aconcagua pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Hanks, “Lisandro is a hard worker in class. Last term they had an essay to write in class. It was a big task, but Lisandro stayed focused, worked hard, and turned in a great essay!”

 Corbin is a member of the morning Kilimanjaro pod. He was nominated by Ms. Stewart, “He is always participating and has excellent comments in class. Also his This I Believe essay was excellently written!

 

 Mark is part of the afternoon Kilimanjaro pod. He was nominated by Mrs. Daniels, “After finishing his lunch, Mark always throws his trash away, then walks around the cafeteria picking up trash for others. He’s such an awesome example to others!”

 Hannah is from the morning Matterhorn pod. She was nominated by Mrs. Van Nosdol, “Hannah is always on task and working hard. She’s a great example to her classmates- she is just fabulous!”

 Gavin is representing the afternoon Matterhorn pod. She was nominated by Mr. McFarland, “Gavin always has something thoughtful and interesting to say. He loves to provide information and details about his favorite books and subjects. He is kind to others and respectful to his teachers.”
