Table Topics at Lunch Promote Meeting New Friends

"If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?"
"Which Iron Man armor is the best?"
This week, the counselors have put together "Table Topics" for lunch. Each day, six different topics such as "Video Games," "Sports," and "Marvel vs. DC," greeted students.
Our counselors encouraged students to sit by a topic that they liked. Each topic also had question prompts that the students could use to get a conversation going.
We know how important it is to have friends in middle school. We also want all students to have someone to sit with at lunch. This activity is one of the many that we will be doing this year to help our students.
